What are the delivery fees and minimums?
The delivery fees and minimums are dependent on what town you are ordering to. The starting minimum is $40. Since we can only set one minimum (due to website limitations) but, many different delivery fees, The delivery fee serves as an incentive to meet the minimum for your town. (i.e. If you live in Portland your order minimum is $200 so, the $50 delivery fee will be waived if you order at least $200 worth of products.) $40 order minimum, no delivery fee: Berwick $50 order minimum, $5 delivery fee if under $50 for: South Berwick, North Berwick, Lebanon $60 order minimum, $15 delivery fee if under $60 for: Eliot, Kittery, York, Wells, Ogunqiut, Sanford, Springvale $100 Order minimum, $20 delivery fee if under $100: Acton, Shapleigh, Alfred, Waterboro, Lyman, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Arundel, Biddeford $200 order minimum, $50 delivery fee if under $200: Portland, Scarborough, Saco, Buxton, Hollis, Limington, Limerick, Cornish, Parsonsfield, Newfield
Do I need a Med Card to order?
Yes. Unfortunately, we are only licensed to sell medical cannabis. We will need a photo of your med card and ID issued from the same state to complete your order.
Do I need to send my Med Card and State ID when I place the order and how?
Yes, we do need to see your Med Card and ID before we start packing your order. You can upload a photo of the Med Card and ID directly to our chat feature. Alternatively, you can send the photo via text to (207) 698-0452 or email it via midnightmedicalmaine@gmail.com.
I have an out-of-state med card, can I place an order?
Yes and no. The Maine Office of Cannabis Policy allows sales to medical patients from other states within Maine state lines, with a few exceptions. In addition, your med card will need to be issued by the same state as your ID. Please see the list of acceptable states below.
